Elected officials are required under Colorado law to file conflict of interest disclosure statements with the Elections Division of the Secretary of State’s Office. [sections 18-8-308, 24-18-110, 24-18-109(3)(1), and 32-1-202(3)(b), C.R.S.] This website has been developed so that interested parties may file, examine, and print disclosure statements. Please note that effective January 1, 2009, all conflict of interest disclosure statements must be submitted electronically.
